Get Your Pumps a Heavy-Duty Shield with MACHFLO™ Hydraulic Oil
Hydraulic pumps work hard. They lift heavy loads, push massive weight and even run for hours without a break. But heat is their biggest enemy. When the system gets hot, cheap oil turns thin like water. The protective film breaks, and the metal parts inside the pump start rubbing against each other. You might hear a whining noise, see the arm move slowly, or deal with a blown hose. In the heat and dust of an industrial site, weak oil means a broken pump and lost money.
MACHFLO™ is built to handle the heat. As one of the top hydraulic oil manufacturers in Odisha, we refine this oil to stay tough under pressure. It contains special additives that stick to the metal inside your pump to stop the grinding. It stays thick enough to lubricate even when the sun is beating down on the machine. It doesn’t foam up, and it doesn’t break down. It just works, keeping your excavator, crane, or factory press running without drama.

What MACHFLO™ Hydraulic Oil Actually Does
Stops the “Spongy” Feeling: Air bubbles are bad news for hydraulics. They make the controls feel soft or jerky. Our formula pops air bubbles fast. This means when you pull the lever, the bucket or press moves instantly.
Separates Water Quickly: Water gets into systems from rain or condensation. If it mixes with oil, you get a milky sludge that rusts your pump. Our oil keeps water at the bottom so you can drain it easily.
Saves Your Seals: Some harsh oils eat away at rubber seals, causing messy leaks. We use a formula that is gentle on gaskets and O-rings, keeping the fluid inside the machine where it belongs.
Resist High Heat: Friction creates heat. Our HLP and AW series hold their thickness (viscosity) even when the temperature spikes. This keeps a strong layer of oil between the moving parts so they don’t wear out.
Keep Your Pressure High and Repair Cost Low
Your Machinery only earns when it runs. Don’t risk a costly pump replacement just to save a few rupees on low-quality oil. Trust Ignite Refineries. We stand out among hydraulic oil manufacturers in India because we offer international quality at a local price.
FAQs
What is the Difference Between AW and HLP?
“AW” stands for Anti-Wear. It is the standard grade that stops pumps from scratching and grinding. “HLP” is a higher standard that lasts longer against heat and rust. If your machine runs very hot or works double shifts, go with HLP.
Which Grade Should I Pick (32,46, or 68)?
It depends on the weather and your machine. Generally, 46 is the standard for most equipment. 68 is thicker and better for older machines or very hot summers. 32 is thinner and used in colder weather or precision indoor machines. Check your manual to be safe.
Why Does My Hydraulic Oil Look Milky?
That means water got in. It could be from rain or just condensation cooling down at night. You need to drain the water immediately or change the oil, because water will kill your pressure and rust the pump.
How Often Should I Change Hydraulic Oil?
Usually, every 1,000 to 2,000 hours of work. But don’t just guess; you can check the color, smell for burn, look for discoloration, or feel for grittiness. If it is any of those, change it immediately. As hydraulic oil manufacturers, we suggest regular checks to make your machine last longer.
Can I Use Engine Oil in My Hydraulic System?
In case of an emergency, you can use a 10W grade, but don’t do it for a long time. Hydraulic oil has specific stuff in it to separate water and stop foam that engine oil doesn’t have. Using the wrong oil can make your controls feel slow and sluggish.
