Buy MACHFLO™Calcium Grease to Stop Water From Washing Away Your Protection
In a water pump, a tractor chassis, or a truck driving through the monsoon rain, the enemy is not heat. The enemy is water. If you use standard high-temperature grease on a wet chassis, the water washes it away immediately. The metal is left bare. Dirt and mud get into the joints then the steel starts to grind, and rust sets in within hours. You end up replacing pins and bushes constantly.
MACHFLO™ Calcium Grease is built for the wet. As a specialized calcium grease manufacturer in Odisha, we formulate this grease to be essentially waterproof. It does not emulsify (mix) with water. Instead, it repels it. It stays sticky and thick even when submerged. It creates a physical barrier that seals the joint, keeping the water out and the lubrication in. It is the cost-effective workhorse for general lubrication where moisture is high and temperatures are moderate.

What MACHFLO™ Calcium Grease Actually Does
Resists Water Washout: This is the main reason you buy calcium grease. It has a “buttery” texture that refuses to wash off. Whether it is a water pump bearing or a truck suspension shackle constantly hit by road spray, the grease stays in place to protect the metal.
Sticks to the Metal (Tackiness): We add tackifiers to make the grease “stringy.” If you touch it, it pulls a long thread. This tackiness means it sticks to the metal surface like glue. It does not drip out of the joint under vibration or shock loads.
Blocks Rust and Corrosion: Because it coats the metal so well and pushes water away, it prevents rust from starting. This is critical for agricultural equipment (tractors, tillers) that sit idle in damp fields for months.
Seals Out Dust: The thick consistency of the AP 03 grade acts like a seal. It forms a collar around the bearing or pin, preventing dust, sand, and grit from entering the friction zone.
Keep Your Chassis Lubricated and Rust-Free
You do not need expensive, high-heat grease for every application. For leaf springs, shackles, and water pumps, you need something that sticks. Don’t waste money on grease that washes off in the first rain. Trust Ignite Refineries. We provide the calcium grease that handles the mud and the water without failing. Keep your joints smooth and your maintenance costs low.
FAQs
Can I Use This for Disc Brake Wheel Bearings?
No. Calcium grease has a low dropping point (it melts around 95°C). Disc brakes get very hot. If you use this, it will melt and run out onto the brake pads. Use our Lithium or Lithium Complex grease for high-heat wheel bearings.
What Does the Grade AP 02 and AP 03 Mean?
This refers to the stiffness (NLGI Grade). AP 02 is softer, like peanut butter, and is good for pumping through grease guns. AP 03 is stiffer, like cold butter, and is better for packing into cups or joints where it needs to stay put without leaking.
Why is the Grease Red or Gold?
The colr is just a dye to help you identify it. We make MACHFLO™ RED GEL GREASE sticky and stringy for chassis work so you can see where you have applied it. The performance comes from the calcium soap, not the color.
Can I Mix This With Lithium Grease?
It is not recommended. Calcium soap and Lithium soap do not always mix well. If you mix them, the grease might become too soft and run out of the bearing. It is best to wipe out the old grease before pumping in the new calcium grease.
Is This Good for Boat Trailers?
Yes. Because it is highly water-resistant, it is excellent for boat trailer wheel bearings (if they don’t have disc brakes) or any marine equipment that gets dunked in water.
