Buy MACHFLO™ Brake Fluid If You Need to Stop, Every Time
You press the brake pedal, but it feels soft and spongy. You have to push it all the way to the floor to get the car to slow down. This is a terrifying feeling. It usually happens because your brake fluid has absorbed moisture from the air. When you brake hard, the heat makes that water boil and turn into gas. Gas compresses, liquid doesn’t. So instead of pushing the brake pads, your foot is just squashing air bubbles. In an emergency, that split-second delay can mean the difference between stopping safely and hitting the bumper in front of you.
MACHFLO™ is engineered for a firm pedal feel. As a responsible brake oil manufacturer in Odisha, we formulate this fluid with a very high boiling point. It resists turning into vapor even when your brakes get red-hot coming down a mountain or in stop-and-go city traffic. It acts as a solid link between your foot and the wheels, giving you instant, confident stopping power. It stops moisture buildup, keeping your braking system safe and responsive.
Our Products
What MACHFLO™ Brake Fluid Actually Does
High Boiling Point: Friction generates a lot of heat. Our DOT-3 and DOT-4 fluids are chemically designed to handle temperatures well above 230 degrees centigrade without boiling. This prevents “brake fade,” where the brakes suddenly stop working after heavy use.
Prevents Rust From the Inside: Brake lines rust from the inside out because water gets trapped in the fluid. MACHFLO™ contains corrosion inhibitors that coat the metal lines and the master cylinder, stopping rust before it causes a leak.
Protects Rubber Seals: Your baking system uses rubber cups and seals to hold pressure. Some cheap fluids cause these rubber parts to swell or crack which leads to dangerous leaks. Our formula is not so harsh on the rubber so the system tight and leak-free.
Works in Extreme Cold: Safety also matters in winter, so your fluid needs to deal with the weather well. Our fluid stays thin and liquid even in freezing temperatures. Your ABS keeps working without any delay.
Don't Gamble with Your Brakes
You can drive with a dented bumper or a broken AC, but you cannot drive with bad brakes. Cheap fluid is a safety risk that you shouldn’t take with your life. Trust Ignite Refineries. We are one of the leading brake oil manufacturers in India with fluid that meets strict safety standards. Keep your family safe and your stopping distance short.
FAQs
What is the Difference Between DOT-3 and DOT-4?
The primary distinction is the boiling point; for example, DOT-4 boils at a higher temperature than DOT-3. When compared, DOT-4 is better at handling hard driving and braking. While some trucks and older cars still use DOT-3, the majority of contemporary cars use DOT-4.
Can I Mix DOT-3 and DOT-4?
Technically, yes, because they are both glycol-based. If you are low on fluid, adding DOT-4 to a DOT-3 system is safe. However, you should never mix them with DOT-5, which is silicone-base because it will destroy your seals.
Why Do I Need to Change Brake Fluids?
Brake fluid is “hygroscopic,” which means it absorbs water from the air like a sponge. Over time, this water lowers the boiling point and causes rust. You should change it every 1 to 2 years to keep the system fresh.
Can I Use Regular Oil If I Run Out of Brake Fluid?
No, never. Putting engine oil, power steering fluid, or water into your brake reservoir will destroy the rubber seals instantly and cause total brake failure. Only use proper brake fluid.
How Do I Know If My Fluid is Bad?
Look at the color. Fresh fluid is clear or slightly yellow. Old bad fluid looks like black coffee or dark soy sauce. If it is dark, it is full of dirt and water so change it immediately.
