Buy MACHFLO™ Lithium Grease to Handle the Heat and the Speed
In a wheel bearing spinning at high RPM or an electric motor running all day, heat is the killer. Ordinary calcium grease melts and runs out like water when the temperature rises. When the grease leaves, metal touches metal. The bearing seizes, the shaft scores, and your machine stops. You need a grease that stays thick even when the equipment gets hot.
MACHFLO™ Lithium Grease is the multi-purpose workhorse for modern industry. As a leading lithium grease manufacturer in Odisha, we formulate this grease with a high dropping point. It stays stable and buttery up to 180°C. It pumps easily through automatic systems and stays inside the bearing housing, protecting the balls and rollers from wear. It is the correct choice for 90% of rolling element bearings.

What MACHFLO™ Lithium Grease Actually Does
High Heat Resistance: The main advantage of lithium-based grease is that it does not melt easily. It holds its structure in hot environments, making it perfect for automotive wheel bearings (especially disc brakes) and industrial fans.
Mechanical Stability: Some grease softens and turns to soup when it is churned by a fast-moving bearing. Our grease maintains its thickness (consistency) even after hours of working. It stays where you put it and does not leak out past the seals.
Handles heavy Loads (EP): For our EP (Extreme Pressure grades, we add special sulfur-phosphorus additives. These create a chemical shield on the metal. If a heavy shock load hits the bearing, like in a rock crusher or a loaded truck, then the grease prevents the metal surfaces from welding together.
Pumps Easily: Unlike sticky chassis grease, lithium grease is smooth. It flows well through long pipes in centralized lubrication systems without clogging the injectors.
Keep Your Bearings Cool and Moving
Don’t let a seized bearing shut down your production line. You need a lubricant that handles speed and temperature without failing. Trust Ignite Refineries, one of the growing lithium grease manufacturers in India. We provide the industrial grease that keeps your machinery running smooth and your maintenance schedule on track.
FAQs
What is the Difference Between AP and EP?
AP Stands for All Purpose. It is for standard bearings and motors. EP stands for Extreme Pressure. EP grease has extra additives to handle heavy loads, shock, and vibration. Use EP for heavy equipment; use AP for electric motors.
Can I Mix This With Calcium Grease?
No, never mix lithium and calcium grease. If you do, the chemical reaction causes the grease to turn into liquid and run out of the bearing. You must clean the old grease out completely before adding new lithium grease.
Is This Good for Wheel Bearings?
Yes, lithium complex or standard lithium grease is the industry standard for car and truck wheel bearings because it withstands the heat generated by the brakes.
What Does NLGI 2 and 3 Mean?
This refers to how hard the grease is. NLGI 2 is soft like peanut butter and is good for grease guns. NLGI 3 is stiffer and is better for large, vibrating bearings where softer grease might shake out.
What is Girth Gear Grease?
MACHFLO™ GIRTH GEAR is a special, thick, black lubricant designed for large open gears like those on cement kilns or ball mills. It is extremely tacky and handles massive pressure without being squeezed out of the gear teeth.
